On November 5, 2002, the voters of San Francisco adopted Proposition P, an ordinance that established the "Public Utilities Revenue Bond Oversight Committee" (Committee). The ordinance, which has been incorporated into the San Francisco Administrative Code as Chapter 5, Article V, Sections 5A.30 – 5A.36, set forth the authority, duties and responsibilities of the Committee, and established qualifications for Committee membership and related provisions.
The Revenue Bond Oversight Committee meets on the following Mondays at 9:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. at 525 Golden Gate Avenue, 2nd Floor Conference Room. Note that meetings can be canceled and added with proper notice.
